The journey started way before 2015. A graduate of a Hotel Restaurant Management program, my focus has always been to create new culinary experiences. This is not what I had in mind when I started, but I am very happy with the direction my journey has taken me.

People have always told me I am very creative and have an interesting view of food. I am always testing new recipes and ideas. I was lucky enough to meet someone early on in my career that shared a lot of my views. My mentor, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America has become an essential asset to both me and Cedar Creek Cooking Co. He pushed me along, allowed me to find my own creative path, and consults with me when needed. I’m so grateful for him and everyone along the way that has allowed me to follow my love and passion I’ve always had. My friends and family absolutely love the flavors I come up with and soon, an idea sprouted in my head: To open my own catering / food truck company. Not only do I love food, but it’s even better when others love my food! Finding fresh, local produce and turning it into a culinary masterpiece is what I have come to live for. That’s how this wonderful idea came to be. I couldn’t be happier crafting innovative new dishes or putting my own spin on an old dish for your dining pleasure.
